also named after one of the founding fathers as were all the dormitories, those placed in this dorm are mainly known for being creative and introverted instead of athletic and conniving. because the founding father was actually the one who designed the entire layout of the school, these male students often are referred to as new money because of how little this founding father actually contributed to the making of the constitution of the school.

of course, there are the ladies. this dormitory is known for having the best architecture out of the four and the young ladies that reside inside are known for their confidence, academic achievements, and for being very well mannered and polite...at least in front of the adults. these gals can be pretty deceiving and manipulative. they get what they want whether it is that perfect grade point average to get into the university of their dreams or that boy down the hall who seemed to catch their attention. this dormitory is mainly for the old money females.

that leaves us with the new money females. these females are known for not exactly having any shame whatsoever. they do not have such a traditional way of thinking and tend to try their hardest to earn respect with those around them, even amongst themselves. this dorm is, much like the lombardi dormitory, the one that holds many dorm parties and the one that is under constant surveillance. can't have the good name of santa croce ruined now can we?
